Please be informed that we can provide all these through Medicaid or private contracts. All services are rendered in accordance with Medicaid Licensing Requirements, and Home and Community Based Services.
Our Program Directors oversee and make sure that the provision of all services is done in conjunction with support coordination and other team participants. A Direct Support Worker (DSW) is assigned to your home to complete tasks related to all aspects of daily living, which includes but is not limited to:
- Clean Environment
- Community Outings
- Dressing and Grooming
- Educational Activities
- Health and Safety
- Leisure Activities
- Meal Preparation
- Oral and Personal Hygiene
- Toileting
- Social Interaction
